As a wedding photographer telling a story, I have not photographed a wedding that has taken less than twelve hours. Most weddings last sixteen hour, not six, and things happen when you least expect them, in the moments in between the moments, and I will be there.
I'm based in Hertfordshire, near London and if you start getting ready at 6am, I will be there, if that is what you want. I will not photograph you pretending to do things already done. We will not reset things for a false photograph. I will photograph what actually happens, as it happens and I will be there all day. That is my style of wedding photography
I do not mock up situations and I will not pose you so that you feel uncomfortable or self-conscious, or set up elaborate 'fashion show' lights. I want to capture the emotion as it happens and as naturally as possible using my low profile, reportage style of photography. You probably won't remember staged poses and it's memory's we're about capturing.
You will not have to ask me if I have time for another photograph of you and your family. I will not demand more money during the night for further hours if that's what you want, or stress you out about hours and money if things haven't exactly gone with military precision.
If you want me, I will be there. All day.

Documentary or reportage wedding photography is a style that concentrates on the making of candid images with a smattering or relaxed natural portraiture, as opposed to an artificially lit, posed or staged style. It suits people more concerned with spending their wedding day with friends and family, than being ordered around and made to feel uncomfortable by a fashion photographer. It is a style that does not date quickly. It is much the same as high quality and observant photojournalism.

This coverage can be ungraded by adding a luxury custom made album, designed specifically for you. When ordering an album, coverage will be upgraded to include a complimentary Pre-Wedding or Engagement shoot at a location of your choosing.
